NECI's full line of manila folders are manufactured from premium grade manila file folder material. Single-top manila folders are primarily used for less active records and for temporary filing. All folders are expertly rounded at the corners and are complete with a 1/2" undercut which allows for three line indexing. Bottoms are scored to allow 1/2" and 1" expansion. Single-top folders are available in all standard tab styles as well as any isolated tab position. Light weight (9 1/2 pt.), heavy weight (11 pt.), extra-heavy weight (15pt.) and super weight (17 pt.) are available in both letter and legal sizes.

Two-Tone and reversible bright color folders allow for quick and accurate retrieval.
The interior of this folder is a lighter shade that the exterior. This reduces misfiling and makes tabs easier to read. Folders are available in eleven 11pt. colors. When you reverse them you double your colors. These two-tone folders match our color hanging file folder line.

NECI™ offers a complete line of reinforced file folders. Folders available in heavy duty 11 pt. Manila and Kraft and also extra heavy duty 15 pt. manila. All folders can be manufactured with printed copy, and are available complete with enamel compact fasteners. Overall size of folders: Letter - 9 1/2" high x 11 5/8" wide overall; Legal - 9 1/2" high x 14 5/8" wide overall, unless specified guide height which is 10" high overall. All folders are manufactured with a 1/2" undercut on tab.

These reinforced folders are stronger at the tab. They offer a Two-Pli top at the point of most wear and they are available in eleven attractive solid colors, ideal for color coding. Two-Pli tops are recommended for files which are very active.
